Our process
DISCOVERY PHASE
A pitch deck designer will review your brand, ideas, and requirements. This helps define the goals, audience, and core message of the deck.
LOOK AND FEEL
If no branding exists yet, we’ll collaborate to shape an initial visual direction for your company or product. We usually create two or three sample slide designs and ask for comments or preferences. A second round of two or three slides helps lock in a strong, consistent style.
THE BUILD
We create custom pitch deck designs that elevate your brand and communicate clearly. Every slide is designed around its content rather than relying on a generic template. Feedback is requested throughout the process so the final deck reflects your vision. All decks include light photo sourcing and custom graphics or infographics. If the project becomes highly infographic- or animation-heavy, additional work can continue at an hourly rate of $85.

We test the deck for both print and presentation to ensure everything displays cleanly and professionally. Final source files are delivered.
NEX STEPS
After purchase, we request a draft of the deck. We’re happy to sign an NDA. You’ll receive a digital contract and a work plan with timeline. We research, complete a clarity call if needed, then begin creating design concepts in the platform you prefer, including Google Slides, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva or Keynote. Updates are shared every few days along with requests for your feedback. When the project is complete, we deliver the full design package.
